Ordered some Garmin units from them - was constantly kept in the loop as to the progress of my order (there was a slight delay due to availability) - hell the guy even phoned me after hours to let me know how they were planning to sort out the issue. One of the bigger Garmin distributors is literally withing walking distance from where I work, so using EasyGIS was a bit of a risk, but absolutely no regrets whatsoever. Cherry on top was an email giving delivery time as 11am today - guess what, 10:30 the guy arrives with the parcel. Now where else in SA is this type of service the norm? RossW Posted August 3, 2012 Share I had a very similar experience with EasyGIS and to boot they were a whole lot cheaper than the rude, uninterested and ignorant shop staff that I encountered on my hunt for a Garmin Edge 500. Matthew emailed to say that he'll ship up the smaller battery while he's waiting for the next shipment to arrive. Received the parcel from Durban at 09:30 on Tuesday morning. Excellent service. I even inquired a few months ago about when they will get stock of the 910XT but he was not sure. A week ago he emailed me asking if I still wanted a unit as they got some limited stock!!!
