ICE ID Posted August 28, 2012 Share So I was riding this Sunday and decided to take an untimely dismount. This is the aftermath. Thanks to the Lady who stopped and took me to hospital and the guy who stopped and lent us his phone.Lessons learn't:1. Don't take untimely dismounts2. Make sure your phone works (mine wasn't)3. Make sure you have med aid number and other details with you.Last one seems obvious but I still didn't have them. The 2nd pic is straight after surgery. You can see how happy I was. I've seen people strapping them to their bikes. Stoopid. If you get robbed and left for dead, there go your details. I also have a Sweatsafe account. Pretty handy if you want insurance to go with it.
