Mark II for the win

Under 2 hours I don't bother. Duathlon (with those pissy little chamois) and >2hours I give the bum a smear with Mark II.

 

Stage racing I smother my nether regions in the stuff.

Best I have used was Chamois Butt'r . Mark II is also excellent. Being a liberal user of the afore mentioned I started buying milking cream recently. I bought this one pink one at the co op. Was no good for the butt but on your skin it gives you a dark tan without burning. I found a yellow tub at dischem the other day, That stuff is ultra thick and it sticks like baboon snot. Really impressed with it. Lasts very well.Was 28 zars for a tub.

I also use that stuff. Cheap as well. It also has other uses like for dry skin.

Assos is the best but is expensive. But good. Nothing like that feeling as you pull the bibs up and it cools everything down. Mark ii and Chamois Buttr (imported ) also good. There is Blue Steel which has Zinc in it as well. All you wnat is something that stops chafing - and stops ingrown hairs. Zinc is what they use in baby nappy cream so that works as well. Fisans is the baby nappy rash stuff. Plain aqeous cream works as well..

 

If you are doing loooong endurance rides and need some industrial level stuff then the okes used milking cream which contains lanolin. They swore by it when we were doing Epic trainnig.The boerseuns knew where to get it. I havent tried it but all the above will work.

From Dischem - milking cream. Can also mix with an antibacterial cream, or an oil like arnica for extra smoothness.

 

Eish... I would hate to be caught in the act of applying said cream on my soldier where people can see the label of the container

 

People will think you are milking it or just a compulsive wanker.

There is some 'evidence' indicating to an estrogenic effect of tea trea oil. OK and soy, and aerosols.....

 

So go easy the dose of that when mixing own concoctions to join the house of bib slithering!

hi everyone out there what are u using as a cream for your bum

anyone use this milking cream contains lanolin and emolients i was told its good

for saddle shaving i believe another name is milko balm not very expensive too

 

Go buy Milcobalm at Dischem - lanolin "speensalf" The best value for money. If you like, go buy Assos at probably 10x the price of Milco... do a comparison and let us know what your verdict is...
