Be carefull of hidden sugars in foods & drinks, loads of sugar in fruit juices(even though they are natural.)

NEVER TOUCH JUICE,,,, I KNOW ALOT OF THE MISTAKES PEOPLE MAKE SINCE I HAVE SEEN A FEW DIETICIANS,

OUR IDEA OF CHEATS IS DIETICIAN APPROVED ONCE A WEEK SPECIAL......LIKE A SALMON SUSHI HALF PORTION

dipslick, can I start by suggesting you turn your caps off ?

 

Secondly, consider insulin resistance ? If all your weight is on your gut you could be resistant.

 

Thirdly, you have said you have cut your recommended portions in half. You have considered that you are not losing weight because your body is in startvation mode ?

sorry!!!! i have and the dietician also said we must up the intake , but its hard to tell your self to eat when you dik!!!!!

Starvation won't make you lose testosterone.

There was a massive study done a few years back as testosterone levels dropping in men became a common occurrence.

The conclusion they came to was that the fancy pansy stuff we use was the main cause in the decline of those levels.

Tea tree oil was the most common one.

Okay so you are saying that you don't know how much calories you take in?

i do, i have been on the diet long its at home ill check and get back to you,,,i am not 100% sure

Also read up on candida of the stomach. (yeasty fungus)

Another big factor in preventing weight loss.

 

Our biggest enemies start when we get sick, antibiotics and cortisone.

(But remember chaps, I am not a doctor thumbup1.gif )

no none of the fancy pance stuff for me,,,,,,i am more like a camel man who does not smoke

I'm not a dietician, nor somebody who has been overweight that can claim "i've done it before", but on numerous occasions I have managed to lose a lot of weight in a small space of time when I put my mind to it.

 

I don't know anything about your training programme, but running is a LOT better for losing weight than cycling. If I run 8km 3 times a week, it is virtually impossible for me to gain weight, no matter how many garage pies, sweets, chocolates etc. I eat.

 

Don't know if you cross-train, but I would suggest that you try that. A few fast short runs each week will do wonders and it will also make you stronger on the bike
