Sends shivers down my spine.. the teams really enjoy training on that island..plenty teams there atm.

Clearly he's fulfilling sponsor obligations to his new riding gear supplier. Every bloody pic is of his kit one way or another. I hate it when athletes are like "aaaah, this is the best bike I've ever ridden, oooooh this dork is like butter, wow, these pants are like......." then next year, same story but with the complete opposite stuff.

Stay in Port de Soller, cycle Sa calobra till the legs break.

Wife and I did it on a vespa, oh so worth it, beautiful place.

While at his high altitude training camp in Tenerife, Froome admitted he hadn’t caught much of the Giro as “there was no TV,” but realised that Quintana may not have played his full hand.

“He may be doing better in the Tour because he is a rider who is better in the second rather than the first Grand Tour” he said.

The brutal efficiency of Sky’s methodology and budgetary advantage bulldozed everyone for the fifth time in six years. It might have been the narrowest margin of victory of Froome’s four wins — 54 seconds to Rigoberto Urán — but with the exception of one wobble on the road to Peyragudes, Froome was on cruise control the entire time. Team Sky nearly wore the yellow jersey from start to finish — only Fabio Aru’s two days in the maillot jaune disrupted the parade.

FLORENCE, Italy (VN) — Chris Froome will race the 2018 Giro d’Italia and try to make history.

The Team Sky star will follow up his Tour de France and Vuelta a España wins from summer 2017 and attempt a feat no cyclist has ever achieved in modern grand tour history: overall wins in three consecutive grand tours.
