More or less what time was it stolen. Just so one knows when the perp more or less traverses the area! Heading down to the waterfront later so would like to have a look around there

Hope you get it back. Sad news.

..and to all the people who get upset when someone mentions tik kop... A picha is worth a thousand words and some where in that one spells tik kop!

i'm no great photographer, but i'm pretty sure that is a terribly overexposed shot. I'm not sure why you're thanking Nikon, this sort of thing shouldn't happen in this day and age.

Also, why has he rolled up his non drive side pant...that is just a fashion booboo.

Appointed private investigator today to track down this bike thief . The pictures taken by the French photographer have been distributed all over the Waterfront . CCTV cameras don't help much . No face recognition possible .

hey Dictator , thanks for your comment and expertize But ,

let s help Rough Rider to get the bike back ,

i was driving down town , and had a 6 th sense telling me ,....that is not right ;)

the shot was taken in a hurry set in a pavement with a motorbike , the camera was in my shoulder set in my last Fast setting Job , going home .

no time for settings a pro DSLR ( and a footy world cup Zoom completly Bagged!!!!!! ) or photoshop manipulation !!! , just action , Klick Klick Klick , and call the cops.... , ... .i was lucky to have the picture in focus , very fortunate actually at close reach ;) , ... right there . know what i mean ?

.where were you ?? , and how can you help ? ....

it just happen that i know the profile of Sworks riders and this one didn t look like one , hence the quick reaction to pull up and follow him and confront him and press the Klick Klick button .

howz the CCTV footage anybody got something ?. ,

Frenchy ,

Yoh if I saw this dodgy scene - I would have confiscated that Sworks immediately.

I doubt the thief would have tried to resist, he would have tried to make a getaway to avoid being arrested.

This is amazing stuff. Makes you want to break that friggin tik head's legs by just looking at him with that expensive Spez not belonging to him.

jey500 is a Hero and should have a place in the Hub hall of fame if there ever was such a place. Give that man a Bells.

Rough Rider - how was the bike stolen?

Clearly it was not his bike. It it was he would have been riding it? Why only take pictures? Why not take the bike? Call the police and wait with him??????

Because we South Africans don't want to get involved?

Reporting it to the police is like telling a wall!!!!!

These days you never know if the guy is armed or has a knife. Trying to take it could result in injury or worse. At least there is something that could identify this guy now.
