I would imagine that the same principal as DH courses would be applied... build it so that it's ridable by most (chicken runs etc), but if you want to win, you're gonna have to ride the scary stuff, and fast. As for the event advertised... I see that it's laps. That means there will be uphills. Lets skip that part divernick 1
