havent tested her yet. But weight as is in pic came in at 11kg, admittedly very disappointed but then again I can shave at least +-1kg with tyres. hubs is still Slx, in the process of upgrading that too, weigh in included pedals (Xtr's though) & Co2 cartridge bracket x 2 bombs, could possibly cut steerer too but will hold off on that thought for now.

Unlucky! With the AMC or Crest combo you might shave some too. Mind you the Hope II aren't the lightest. Same with cross marks too. Doubt you'll gain much from cutting streerer and other bits!

yeah hence I'll leave the steerer as is for now, on the bright side it's a significant improvement from before. I'm leaning towards the AMC Race. But first i need to sell the set of Hope 2 Evo hubs I have (black 32holes front is 15mm QR & rear is 135mm QR) offers welcome.

Anyone got a link through to decent carbon cranks? There was a couple in the original posting before the 'event' killed that.

So it turns out my frame MTB 29er HT is a bit smaller than what I thought it would be by 30mm-50mm.

I consciously took the gamble knowing I'm a large but thought I could get away with a Medium, so I now either take a chance riding with a longer than the normal seat post 450mm or sell this medium(17") & get a large(19"), what's your thoughts?

Does anyone have a contact for nice TT frames? I have had a look at hongfu and some of the other links on this thread, but none of them have any of the newer looking frames. Maybe something that looks almost/kinda/a little bit like a spez shiv or a p4?
