What a weekend of racing with A LOT of upsets... especially in the 1st stage with a bit of confusion with the bus in the finish line etc etc.... Today is gonna be interesting with a fair amount of climbing in the stage... I'm glad to see that Daryl Impey is keeping the SA flag high... well done boet

Yah, likewise, but I think its really just because having Marcel Kittel picking up all the jerseys and the stage pushed the points dramatically for those who picked him, but Yah, its so early its impossible to read anything into it yet.

 

No one had Jan as a winner for yesterday, so it just shows how things can change overnight.

Points have been revised, as two hubber's scores were not being picked up (missing a sum function at the foot of the table).

The latest prize on offer is from ASG, and is a MyNav GPS unit valued at R5500

 

This prize will be awarded to the Hubber who has the best return of points from a single stage plus the points gained from the Team Time Trial.

 

So far, the max score for a single stage is 18 (andydude), on stage 1.

 

The small print

If there is a tie, we will count back to the person with the highest scores at the end of week 1.

If it's still a tie, we will count back to the person with the highest scores at the end of week 2

And if it's still a tie, we will count back to the person highest of the table at the end of week 3.

And if we still have a tie, the person with the most riders in their team at the end of the Tour.

And lastly, the last tie-breaker will be a lucky draw.
