One of the okes who rode with us last week claimed that he had seen a dietician about the best energy bar for on the bike. She apparently claimed that Jungle Oats bars are the best.

I am just purely going on taste, hahahha struggle to eat some of the others made by supplement companies. Also they are cheap cheap...makro for the win.
