Went for a ride this morning and i was slipping quite a bit in the mud.Just thought it was my smooth tyre and lack of skill.

When i was cleaning the bike i found that they had fitted a 180mm disc at the rear.

Hotel booked for a few days in The Black Forest in Germany.Going to break her in nice and slow.

My budget is up for the year

Spent 3 days in the Black forest hills and learnt 2 lessons....

1)Don't take a new bike to the mountains

2) " " " " " with new tyres to the mountains.

 

After getting used the the new fork and tyres i had great fun.The weekend was wet and cold.

Found my new favorite tyres in the Nobby Nic.They shed mud well and were great on the wet rocks and roots

 

Started at 700m above sea level on the last day

My legs were shattered and quads are still sore.
