RIP and condolances to his loved ones .Maybe a good time again for everybody to touch up on our first aid knowledge .MTB,ing is a dangerous activity in mostly remote places

I agree it cant hurt to brush up on life saving skills.

MuddyMike resuscitated a guy on day 1 of P.E 2 Plett this weekend.
