The Bora Ultra's have carbon hubs, where the Bora One's have normal.

China wheels / counterfeit wheels all come with third party hubs like Novatec ; Powerway or unbranded hubs based on DT Swiss designs etc.

These hubs and spoke pattern look legit in my opinion.   

Also looks like tubbies and a few years old.

These bad boys will make a nice sub 6.8kg build. 😈
