Super_mil Posted October 30, 2013 Share My Hopes are M4's I purchased them from a fellow Hubber who chooses to ride more XC orientated trails and felt that the brakes had too much stopping power for the type of riding he was doing. I gladly bought them from him at a good price. The M4 build & feel is awesome! The modulation and ease of bleeding is something I have not experienced from other brake manufacturers. That said I still feel my old (I'm so embarrassed to say this but it's true...) Avid Elixir CRs had more stopping power. This could however be due to the organic pads that came with the M4's. New sintered pads are going in soon and I'll report back after Malelane if I survive. This is what they looked like...
