so say you wanted to kill 1 person

you get in a car have a "accident" kill the person, you not DRUNK

can you imagine how lightly you would get off, say it was accident even if found you drove recklessly !!!!!

if drunk killing multiple people, gets you only 12 years ,,,,,i am sure you would walk in less than a year, because that guy WILL NOT SPEND 12 YEARS IN JAIL, THIS IS FOR SURE MAYBE END UP WITH SIX(or lucky enough on zumas birthday gets a mass release)

SHOCKING

The fact that he had no remorse and that he walked away from the accident more worried about his car than the victims, tells me that he will fit in with the bad guys in jail nicely. So even his time spent will not be bad,

12 years for culpable homicide is actually a very stiff sentence.

I am not saying it is ok, but take into account the range of punishment for culpable homicide, this is right at the top of the scale.

He will have to serve at least 8 years, before he is released, unless, he wins an appeal, or gets some sort of presidential pardon.

my idea of justice differs,

12 people are expected to be around for approx 780 years, this creature owes there family a couple of years, but as i said thats the way i see it ,,,,,,the govermunt should actually look at it from a income lost point of view,,,,all the taxes they lost from potential income of those people maybe they would look at it in a differet light

But that's what I was trying to ascertain with Mackie.

Perhaps he understood it to be 1 person only, if this was the case I agree .

But it was 5 runners making 60 years.

It was culpable homicide, not murder with intent, however his lack of remorse makes it almost look like intent.
