Context: have some family 60 plus in age who live in Noordhoek who are looking to get into cycling. Can't think of a better bike for them to cruise on Noordhoek beach, but they have also entered the Argus. Could you run a 29er rim laced to an appropriate hub wearing slicks and use this as the road wheel set on the same frame?? Can't imagine the fat wheels being all that efficient on the road! Anyone got some info they've found on this perhaps?
