awesme Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Hi guys Had a little problem on Sunday with my rear derailer (write-off)... ended me doing the GI Joe race (including Longmore) on a single speed. Needless to say needed replacement, phoned Wayne at CWC on Monday morning, I'm in JBay, this morning at 09:15 UTI truck stops in front of house with the replacement. AWESOME service, these guys don't go the extra mile they sommer go a 1000miles. oh and the price of the unit, R350 cheaper than a bike shop in PE. Kudu's CWC. Ordered a new set of wheels for my bike some weeks ago, not only did they humour me over the phone while I rattled off my "requirements", but gave great advice where I was "off" and delivered the completed wheelset (to JHB) way ahead of the promised time. Had been waiting for a certain bike laboratory to source a set of wheels for me for over 10 weeks. They even looked a little disappointed when I walked in with my new wheels to have them installed with new disk rotors etc. Not only did I take pleasure in informing them of the speedy turnaround time, but also when I told the what CWC has charged me for the build. I was bit of a pain in the ass asking for specific coloured nipples and spokes etc. and CWC didn't skip a beat. Now for a Jo'burg store, Fourways if you can, and preferably in blue, to go with my bike

My BB was Shot, Finished an Klaar.Phoned on Monday and asked if i could pop round on Tuesday.Walked in on Tuesday morning just after 08h00,Job was done with A Lot of Blood, Sweat and Frustration!My crank was ceased onto the BB, did they fight to get it Loose!With the paperwork done it was still not even 30 mins! No stock but salesman (Andre) and Jnr confirmed they'll get in the same day, will keep me one and phone as soon as it's in. No later than the next day. Suffice to say I'm still waiting for the call.......

This morning the courier was at my workplace in Joburg with my parcel. I've made quite a few purchases this year, 8 to be exact, and can't recall ever having been told that they were out of stock on an item I had ordered. Everything always arrives in the correct quantities, sizes, colours etc. ...and when things don't go exactly 100%, i.e. I ordered a helmet which arrived with a small pad missing - CWC were quick to resolve it by having the missing piece couriered to me with no fuss. Keep up the good work guys!

JannievanZyl Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 Must say, my problems with CWC seems to be ongoing. A week before the Sani2S went to CWC to get 2 new bibs and some other stuff. Could not get any staff members to help (they were watching rugby on the TV). Eventually tried on the new Asos bibs, picked up some extra stuff I needed and eventually had around R7K's worth of stuff in my arms. Still could not get any service so eventually put it all down and went and bought it from Sportsman's Warehouse. BTW, did go back to the shop to get the light (story above). Again were promised a call. Again never got it.
