Btw - I've only had experiences with the ks Lev. But what I've experienced... Super. Super friendly. Super serviceable. Super actuation. Super product. 150mm drop. And I use it all the time (when I ride)

There are rides where that lever gets pushed more than the shifter.

I paid more for the Lev on my Jamis than I did for the whole bike. That's how awesome they are.

Meh. Yeah. Good. Ish. Back to work on Thursday. Neeeeeed it. But then I also need to win the lotto and and and...

Anyway. I need a break to recover from the holiday. A great paid va-cay where all I have is my powertools and a lump of wood and glue would be a great first choice. Where I retire to a beach lounger and free mojitos all night long and pass out listening to the waves roll in.

Do they make an app for that?

So what's better out of the LEV (or the other KS droppers for that matter) and the reverb? Especially anyone who's used both.

For me the reverb has been flawless so far. Maybe a tiny bit sticky at the top to begin with, but that would be nitpicking.

For me it'd be:

4: KS i900 / i950 & Reverb

3: Lev

2: Reverb Stealth

1: Lev Integra

4 - cables loop to the seat clamp

3 - cable still external, but go to the collar so you get rid of the loopage

2 - internal routing

1 - lev with internal routing.

Personally I like the LEV over the RS Reverb, No real reason. But in order of preference, with 1 being most liked.

Anything else seems to have reliability issues... Giant Contact dropper would be equal with i900/i950/normal reverb

My BIL has a reverb, I have KS. i think they are both excellent products. Thompson is also good, although I feel its a bit overpriced.

Nice thing with KS is you can choose between a range of colours for the collar to suit your bikes colour scheme.

Like Maxxis said its basically down to personal preference and your own biased opinion :)

It looks like the only 27.2 seat post out there is the KS but it's just 100mm of travel. Do you find that you use the whole 150mm or is it a bit overkill?

100mm is better than nothing.

I was quite happy with my i950R's 125mm drop until I tried 150mm.

Depend on how tall and your frames standover clearance,on my large tranceX the collar is almost flat with the clamp ..maybe 10 mm up.. and the 125mm travel is perfect on there.

XL frame id have to run the post abit higher... cant see me needing the 150mm travel.. unless i got a frame with much lower seatube.

EDIT; that said its prob best to just buy 150mm then you have the choice and options
