MrJacques Posted January 14, 2014 Share http://www.vitalmtb....518/bturman,109 Every presta tube has a schrader valve adapter built in. The next time your presta equipped ride has a flat tire and you don't have the right pump on hand, try it out. Grind the cap on the ground if you don't have a knife. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZja_8crIEI Edited January 14, 2014 by Jacquers Wil6, Catatonic_Joe, TALUS and 4 others

Cippo Posted January 14, 2014 Share Funny enough the first thing I throw away of a new tube is the valve cap. Bike Mob

Cellar Posted January 15, 2014 Share Of course, the first thing I chuck is the silly little lock ring and the silly plastic cap. Yes, even on a brand new tube, I take em off and chuck em in the bin when I take the tube out the box to go in my tubby bag. But my valve adapter stays permanently screwed onto the rear wheel valve.
