I'll gladly follow you on my Husky, road or mtb, with all the tools, spares,snacks, ice, drinks, sunblock, towel,etc for R2500 a pop. I'll even clean your shades when you get dirt on it

I just feel after spending that sort of ammo on my dream bike the kit price adds insult to injury!!10 years ago these gimicks were used as incentive and included.Nowadays nothing is free. Consider yourself lucky if they throw in a waterbottle when you buy.

My last one lasted two months and cost me a phone when it fell off in the rain. And that was a decent quality Lezyne. So I'm a bit hesitant to recommend a saddlebag for mtb.Agreed, they just dont last through the rigours of mtb riding/racing. destroyed 2 topeak saddlebags, so given up on that idea.
