Must be honest I didn't ask for an O-ring chain - just a General Transmission 15.88 pitch chain.

Thats dirt cheap, used BM chains on my RZ50 and later on my RZ350 but that was years ago.

 

Pros and cons to using both. For general road and commuting use a std transmission chain would work fine albeit with a bit more maintenance. However if you do any gravel travel or off road excursions, o-ring might be a better purchase.

One of my colleagues has the speed triple... She says chain and sprocket is about 6k...... 

 

But man the street triple is so wow!! its a shame you don't see them that often.

Ai man. They have a flippen nice MT07 there for R80 000.

 

Its the first time that I see one in person and up close.

I love those bikes. Had my eye on one and missed it. I shoulda bought it.

I saw a gunmetal grey MT07 the other day with dayglow yellow wheels and decals.

Man it was pretty!!!!!

Would go for the MT09 though, for the extra poke.
