dienatkoerantman Posted June 14, 2014 Share If u cycle and live a healthy life style u will not get sick easily......i follow theese rules......when some one is sick dont greet them with the hand nothing personal but that is how one get sick. 'Dale Posted June 14, 2014 Share I was on a training ride on Thu and the temp went from 2 to 14 degrees in 90 mins or something as the sun rose.I had a snotneus for a bit.But felt good enough to train at full strength the next day. Phew! Gastro so bad i end up in hospital and picked up a cold straight after that... 3 weeks off the bike. i lost 4 kg (and i weigh 65) was an absolute adventure.
