Never want to go through that again, was damn hard to get back on form, amazing how much flu can affect ones performance. What makes it worse was that I took a tumble at Northern Farms and hurt my shoulder 10 days before the flu, so just as my shoulder was 70 % there I thought let me take a ride on Sunday to test the shoulder and woke up with flu.
