Raydek, try this for a guide, 1 or 2 cm can make a big difference, so make sure you start with the right size.

I'm 190cm with a 34inch inseam, yet all sizing programs/sites give me different frame sizes. Will a few cm in frame size make a big difference?

The books give an indication. Only riding will tell.

And it is different for every frame geometry and setup...

Take inside leg, multiply with 0.66

i.e. if it is 85cm .66*85 =56 frame

It is a good start.

Is the inside leg from the bottom of the ummm..."tjommals" straight down to the ground or don the side of the leg to the ground?

Many bike shops have this contraption.

Steps

- stand barefoot on floor. Feet about 20 cm apart

- Take something like a broom stick and "pull up" horizontally along the inside one leg as far as you comfortably can. the top end of the broom diameter to the ground is your measurement.

- If you voice pitch is very high suddenly, you are doing it wrong ...
