Guys, need some help. Thinking of throwing a German beer party for my 30th birthday. Where is the best place to buy beer online and is their a place that I can order kegs from?

There is a German restaurant in Clarens called Roter Hahn. They stock some German and Belgian beers. Maybe they can tell you who their importers is?

Why don't you try your LBS (local bottle store) and see if you can get a keg or two of castle light, and a puller. Don't know if this would do, but it would deffo be the most cost effective, if you can get it right.

Do they even do this anymore, I remember getting them for digs parties many moons ago.

Welcome to Finland:

Finnish microbreweries flee to Estonia - Helsinki Times

"The only way to get the beer to our [900] shareholders was to set up an online shop in Estonia. Even if the shareholder lived next to the brewery, we would first have to send the bottle to Estonia and then back [to Finland] by mail."

33. The term “rule of thumb” originates from brewers who would stick their thumb into the mix to see when the temperature was right for adding the yeast.

well this fact is incorrect - the rule of thumb is the maximum width of a stick a husband can use to beat his wife with
