Heal up quick man, blind one though. See how the lady has one of those stickers on her number plate to try evade speed trap tickets. Hope the driver gets nailed, one thing to hit a cyclist another to get aggro and do a runner without exchanging details, what does she expect, you won't trace her with the number plate, duh!
