Bonus Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 My mate Phil! I rode with him on the Twitter ride last year and 2 years ago and have spoken to him a number of times at the 94.7 over the years. He is a really nice guy and he does to a stack to promote SA cycling. He's met so many great riders and commentated on so many year of Le Tour. I think I first heard him back when LeMond beat Fignon! He really is recognized as "the voice of cycling" Will be very sad if he is starting to struggle to keep up, but it's a fact of life all of us will face - assuming we live long enough :-(
