Building a Cyclo Cross bike

That's the new Warbird. S+J might be able to help.

Have a look at the new Santa Cruz Stigmata too...

The Santa Cruz is utterly drool worthy but is only available in carbon which pushes the prize way out of my reach. For the same prize of the frame you could buy a complete 105 shimano equipped bike. Who is S+J?

Sprocket + Jack (Grant Usher).

I can get you OnOne/ Planet X bikes. Have a look at the Pickenflick. Ti bike that I'm pretty sure I can get you at a competitive price against the RLT (that's if you can get anywhere with Niner...).

I'll PM you further options available.

Is this frame available in SA?

attachicon.gifimage.jpg

It wasn't available in SA 6 months ago... so i imported the black RLT from the states and paid the same price (including shipping, duties and taxes) as i did for the mint frame i picked up locally for my wife

Just finished my build last night and took it on a brief ride this morning to burn in the brakes. It wasn't as cheap a build as i was originally planning but i love it... Will post some pictures tonight!

Thanks for reply. Which colour do you prefer? For me it would be between the black and the mint one

I love my black and red. I have seen the mint version and the dark grey version in person and the mint is my least favorite of the three... but my wife likes it. So each to their own i guess

Hopefully tonight or by early tomorrow i'll get a chance to upload pics of both builds and you can compare...

So a little belated, but here nonetheless: my current dic-mod to my S-Works Tricross!

Couldn't wait to get the rear adapter cnc'd so I used one I bought a long while ago in the interim and it works like a charm - after sorting all of the issues around the braking forces...
