I am buying a "bull bar" for the front of my bike so if I come across any runners going down a track I hope to come off best. Patent pending so please no one try to copy me.

And there I was thinking you buying the bull bar to take on the drivers who just don't give any cyclist a chance of passing them!!! BLONDE MOMENT!! LOL

I must admit Capitan that I had a good chuckle from this. I'm pretty sure your mates gf is impressed, if my wife is anything to go by. Women seem to be pretty fussy about their bathrooms, especially the cabinets where they store all their goodies.

Strongs, and I hope you get it sorted bud.

Thanks man. It's a pretty simple construction, really. Just a box with doors on. But it's the finished article that is so much more than the sum of its parts.

Oh. It's a floating cabinet :)

I'm building a bathroom cabinet for a mate's girlfriend, who got royally fleeced by her "plumber" and "cabinet maker" - managed to get the 2 taps 5mm out of alignment with each other AND offset from the spigot, made a hole in the tile that was too big for the spigot and just filled it with expanding foam, and put the taps and spout so close to the wall that the sink she bought won't fit properly.

Good man....you braver than me!!

I went for a ride on the Spruit this morning...was better than Harkerville, Mankele and Stellenbosch combined.

Lekkerrrrr.

although, really? better than Harkerville? You want to really go there?...LOLS. It's not the trail as much as what you get out of it on the day that counts. At least for me it is, although in saying that there is that ONE trail that is just sublime... :whistling:

Not trying to convey anything by my post. A good ride is a good ride...Massive kudos

I managed Dorstberg without getting off for the first time on Wednesday. That mountain is my Everest, I swear. I felt strong and klapped it properly. I am super amped about that.
