DON'T GIVE HIM THE BIKE UNTILL THE FUNDS HAS CLEARED IN YOUR BANK!!!!!
Raydek Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Don't do it. No offence to him, but too many people have been caught out like this before.. Hand over once the money has cleared and your bank can verify that.

No!You need to verify that money reflects in your account.Thereafter you need to check that a stolen cheque was not deposited.Then the goods get handed over

Tell him he must wait until the money cleared. They tried it with me as swell.

Thanks everyone for the advice.Funny how he backed out when you advised that the funds needed to be cleared.... clearly the standard scam As all say, don't be in a rush for the money and do what a buyer asks.... always wait for the funds to clear in your account.
