Mountain Jogging,
Windsurfing and Surfing...

 

I find functional strength training for cycling too boring. I rather go outside and just do other non-cycling sports. :-)

 

Stretching is very important as well.

CrossFit 3X a week and ParkRun's on Saturday mornings. Used to really suffer with lower back pain on the bike and have a sufferfest on longer rides. Since adding the above, zero back pain and can ride loooooong.

This keep me fit. Absolutely insane workout. 15 minutes on this feels like 50km on my mtb.

Yip. I used to do Enduro riding. Aish, that was hard!! Miss my KTM 300 :-(
