How do I update it through the update path? Or is 4.0 the latest version? Is yours a HR by anychance? If so then 4.0 is the latest yes. Ok unplugged from the pc and tried the reset amd voila, it worked.... Runbikeswim Posted December 19, 2016 Share Any one had issues with vo2 max... I have a HR with newest 4.0 software and use a strap hr strap and not biuld in optical. The vo2 max kept dropping till it showed bottomed out at 38. Did a full factory reset and then it gave me a 45 again for cycling ( which is pretty close to what it used to be) still to do a run to see what the running is. This morning i went out riding and the watch was showing no HR, stopped and restarted a few times but nothing for the 2 hour ride. TheBritishTwit Posted December 30, 2016 Share Hi People So I got the Fenix 3 Sapphire HR yesterday from Autostyle and all is well with the watch however I a questions: How do you disable the auto save function? Near the end of the ride this morning I went for a coffee which took about 30 min and when I wanted to carry the watch had saved the ride.
