Thinking of heading to Paul Cluver trails this weekend, can anyone recommend anything?

Any tips or directions or advise please? Also took out my year pass for jonkers a month ago. R315 for a family for the year

Its a great place to ride they have put a lot of effort into the trails there recently. I used to use my permit to ride both there and at Jonkershoek.

Most of the rest of day one will will still be rideable (that's if they didn't change the route). Day two didn't even pass anywhere near where the fire was. To be honest, I'm looking forward to Origin even more now. Will see some more trails in the area that I don't know about yet.

It will be very difficult to get any trail work done in this winter with the harvesting of the pines that got burnt and the ground will have to stabilize before trail work will start, otherwise the trail builders will have one eroded nightmare to deal with next year. The new Neverendingstory was out for 2 to 3 years if I recall before building started again.

Those trails were VERY close to burning down in Feb.When we rode Exterra there, we were riding right next to where the fire was still smouldering.. Very nice place to ride, just try go in groups due to the safety aspect.
