I would go the same route and have spare change for gear also... Winter is coming up so you gonna need additional gear soon. Maybe some lights is also a cool idea.

I know someone who is about to pull the trigger on a Sola2 for R14k, which is a good deal, but if you can get the Sola1 for R15k... well then...
