I also had good wake-up calls at the Wilro (about the same route) and Rooiwal (same wind) races. I will not be taking turns at the front of AL. Shameful but true. Survival mode while I watch my seeding disappear.Remember that two of the hills are now at the start so slightly easier finish.

No I got you, don't worry this ain't my first rodeo so I've got a good idea of what to expect. Rule # 10 always applies in racing and that's never going to change. But ITO wind, well I'm from the coast so the more it blows the better for me. We know how to ride in the wind down here .
