My friend was a training camp last month at midmar dam with Mr Price team mates, they came in for a final sprint and his own team mate took him down. This is the end result. And his bike did look that. Look at his hand!!!!! geez that must hurt alot

the problem with your hands is it takes AGES to heal and it is just very uncomfy(ok...can some get their minds out of the gutter).
