Apparently Rodriguez helped design Wednesday's stage. . It does look brutal.

nice rest day today, spent travelling all the way to andorra (whilst mtb worlds is on, what a combo!). but they will all be wondering what is going to happen on this next short stage, only 134km, but inspired by this

Either that or he's got a very special relationship with his stem.

He has his left foot hooked over the saddle, doing a quad stretch. I tried that once and cramped. Thought I was going to die
