Other than ol' J Rod, so cool to see the newer generation of PROs coming through

Let's not forget that Frank has won two stages up to Alp d Huez in the past.

Rest up well Purito. Gonna be rooting for the old man tomorrow. This could be his last chance to win a grand tour. He is such an entertaining rider with his explosive breaks on the climbs. No doubt he might not beat Dumoulin in TT but atleast he should not lose the red jersey.

I'll have a go at the top3:

Dumoulin, Luis Sanchez, Kiryienka.

Dark horse: Geraint and maybe Cummings :)

I'm chucking in Terpstra into the hat too.

I wanted too, but I thought it a bit cheeky to have 3 dark horses ;)

I'll remind you Terpstra beat some big names I a TT earlier this year[emoji6] .. okay it wasn't as long .. but I'm hoping. Doubt he'll beat Tommy D but podium a good chance, plus he's been hiding away the last week.

And I need some points from him.

If I could pick my ideal podium from here it would look like this.

Purito, Dumoulin, Majka in that order.

But that is wishful thinking because Aru will most probably be there.

Best thing about this tour has been watching Meintjes battle every stage with many of the best GC riders in the world today. He basically has not had a bad day in the mountains.

Hope he has a good TT today!
