Apparently a couple walkers had their iPhones and some cash taken. No injuries.Youngster wearing blue overalls & maroon beanie. Exiting through Blairgowrie gate.

When did it happen, did they report the incident, any follow-up? This was Friday afternoon after work? There's usually a lot of people walking their dogs that time of day?

V12man Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 There has been another mugging yesterday in Delta Park: This gate is the closest gate to Fratelli's/The Trailhead Urgent alert for users of Delta Park:There has been another armed mugging at the bottom of the park, near the lowest Bantam Drive pedestrian gate. There is every reason to believe it is the same thief and every reason to believe it has been happening more frequently than just the few incidents that our community has reported. In the cases we know about, the thief has stolen cellphones and money. Please leave your valuables at home so that you are not a target. Tell somebody where you are going and when you will be home. If you must take your phone with you, please do not use it if anyone else is around. Be aware of your surroundings. I will post a detailed description as verified by multiple parties as soon as I can. I will also be organising a park clean-up to see if we can discover a hide-out.
