I've been trying to work out what the most expensive production bike is in the country... ie an off the floor build rather than a custom one of a kind project.

Any ideas?

I'm thinking along the lines of the Pinarello Graal  - R125 000?

Trek Madone 7.9 - R130 000

Merida Scultura 9000 LTD

Both bikes are sub 4.6kg

Both bikes have some of the most expensive and lightest parts on the market.

R132k for a bike with previous gen XTR and a double drivetrain?! That's f%cking nuts.

First time back posting in a while and I'll leave you with this treat from here in Dubai...

Cipollini Nuke - AED 85 000

...current exchange rate puts that at roughly ZAR 290 000...
