Ran the whole route with a pretty hot girl, so that helped a lot ha ha ha ha.   Did it in 06:40. Almost 2000m Accent, but after a couple (a lot) of beers I started feel alive again. Not sure if they sell it separately... https://www.mrpsport.com/en_za/foam-roller-6252010108 Edit. They do.. Edited October 27, 2016 by Tubehunter Andrew Steer 1

They do.. Shot, they've actually got quite a range... https://www.mrpsport.com/en_za/catalogsearch/result/?q=foam+roller Will try go to a store and see them all  It's a simple item, so I can't see the need to spend nearly R1000 on it, but also don't want to waste R400 on something that doesn't do the job.
SwissVan Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 I wonder what the cost to manufacture one of those normal foam rollers is... someone is making a killing...again...if only i had thought of it.. Just used mine now...im as sore as hell after 2 days of moving offices and having to pack, carry and unpack plentypluseleventyfive boxes and cabinets... feels like i just finished a crossfit stage race... Not what i had in mind just before my marafun on Sunday
