But I loved ever second of it. Count me in for next year again..

Amazing... and well done!!

I'm looking at adding the Launch to my Ghost's.   Let me know if you feel anything of that damm stitch in the inside of the front foot.   Mine has been hurting me again the last two runs.   Then it does nothing and then out of the blue it catches again.

Time for that ducttape.....

I'm feeling good actually, just my calves are a bit stiff, but that's all. Ran the whole route with a pretty hot girl, so that helped a lot ha ha ha ha.

Did it in 06:40. Almost 2000m Accent, but after a couple (a lot) of beers I started feel alive again.

Ha ha I did that with most of the first half of comrades this year....I grudgingly realised I had to leave her at drummond.[emoji1]

Could this work? Not sure if they sell it separately...

Edit. They do..

Shot, they've actually got quite a range...

Will try go to a store and see them all

It's a simple item, so I can't see the need to spend nearly R1000 on it, but also don't want to waste R400 on something that doesn't do the job.

I wonder what the cost to manufacture one of those normal foam rollers is... someone is making a killing...again...if only i had thought of it..

Just used mine now...im as sore as hell after 2 days of moving offices and having to pack, carry and unpack plentypluseleventyfive boxes and cabinets... feels like i just finished a crossfit stage race...

Not what i had in mind just before my marafun on Sunday
