Cyclists with a running problem

Or

Runners with a cycling problem

 

I'll leave up to chaps, still got more boxes to deal with before home time...

Ehhhrr... I would have voted for 6 as well, but I don't think I qualify for "Cyclists" any more...  :ph34r: For that you actually have to ride a bike occasionally! I think I last rode in August. One ride. Before that also a 2 month break.

 

And I'm planning a light ride on Sunday, if my legs will allow me to walk to the bike after tomorrow's "fun"...

Joined the Strava Club... hope it helps with the motivation.

Getting back into the swing of things slowly... legs feeling solid - bio work seems to be paying off. Got an early morning training partner for two runs a week which will also really help.

Soweto half marathon this weekend - should be fun  :thumbup:

Good luck with Soweto, hope it goes as planned. I am going to Nelspruit for the "easier" marathon..

Enjoy... bummed we're not doing Kaapsehoop (or the marathon at Soweto for that matter), but it's on the list for next year!
