Sugar Free

Day 3 of less to none sugar.  No chocolate.  No cookies.  No bread. 

Starting to see noises. 

 

Me too. And I am down to 1 Espresso a day.

 

I hope I feel better soon.

Hang in there eddy & spidy! Day 4 done.....bring on day 5.

 

Must confess though, cooked porridge rather than have cereal, then discovered the sugar content....Also had a cal-c-vita which tasted rather sweet....yep, also has sugar!

I've not had a bag of sour worms in two weeks. Every time I see those poor critters they guilt trip me. CHEEKY BUGGERS.

I had a lekker ride this morn, and then had a cupcake for breakfast. But is is Friday so whatever....Ive been eating raw broccoli, apples and bran all week, I can be a bit naughty

why eat crappy tasteless food like that. Do the LCHF thing - loads of tasty, real, sugar-free meal options.

why eat crappy tasteless food like that. Do the LCHF thing - loads of tasty, real, sugar-free meal options.

It works for me.  The last time I weighed as little as I do now was back in Std 8.  (And Ive had 3 kids)  Plus Chainsaw says I need lots of fibre because I'm full of ...... :whistling:

ok, whatever works for you. I just think if what you eat isn't tasty and enjoyable you are going to be more tempted to cheat.

How was everyones weeekend?

 

Was wondering the same....wasn't easy, but then not as tough as anticipated.

 

I did think about the guys that have a sweet tooth, or are accustomed to sweet things....hope it all went well!

How was everyones weeekend?

Good. Both days had breakfast as bacon, poached eggs and sausage, semi black coffee (splash of milk) and sauteed mushrooms with a slice of toast. Lunch... what lunch? Dinner on Saturday was boar burger (200g patty, cheese, tomato, home made tomato sauce) and oven baked potato wedges. Sunday dinner was a small chicken / bacon / broccoli tagliatelli in white wine cream sauce. Both dinners accompanied with 2 glasses of wine.

 

Loaaaads of water, and hardly any sugar except what was in the primary ingredients.

 

But faaark, I found out just how "expensive" a fry up actually is ito calories. Gave me a lot of motivation for a post breakfast ride.

 

All good so far though.
