nox1111 Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 And my 1 x 10 setup fitted. 36 T front / 40T expander and 16t sprocket rear. Very impressed with the Kalbo stuff and it works well! Did quite a bit of climbing over the weekend and had no problems with gearing.
King Dean Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 I'm going to be playing around with my 1x10 setup.I'm currently running a 34t round up front and an 11-36 cassette.I'm going to be swopping these out with an Absolute Black 34t Oval and a Praxis long range 11-40I think it'll be quite a good combo, time will tell i suppose.Will post pics once done.

nox1111 Posted December 17, 2015 Posted December 17, 2015 OK, so a bit of feedback after a couple of rides on my 1x10 11/40 R / 36T F The 1x10 setup is flippen good! I miss my top end sorely when on open roads or declines, but the silence that has been bestowed on my bike, the cleaner handlebar, and the simplistic look works for me. My gearing is pretty wide as-is, so climbing is still very manageable. I'm going to stick with it for a while and see how it goes, but for now I'm happy with the changeover.

s14phoenix Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 Who brings in the ONEUP expanders? Looking for a 44T for SRAM. Only issue I have with my 1x10 is spinning out the 36Tx11T @ 55km/h (most I can manage as I am not the flash) the 36T x 42T is just a bit tough with 27.5 and 2.25 tyres. Which is why I want the 44T for SRAM from ONEUP.
