Hi I'm totally new to the bike scene.  I have a Raleigh RC7000 microsoft edition with a silver Shimano ultegra groupset. Not sure what model it is or even the lenght. The teeth on my cranks seems to be wearing off. Does it mean i need a new one.?  Would appreciate some advice please. Thanks

Please post a picture.

But yes, replacing if they are worn out and reliability becomes an issue.

How  many km have you done on the bike to get that much wear?

You only need to replace the crank chainrings which are worn and not the whole crank

First you need to see what chainring sizes you have, normally 53 and 39 if a standard crank in which case you will need to buy a new 53T and/or 39T chainring

If it is a compact crank then will be 50 and 34T

You will be able to get the chainrings from your local bike shop

Get new chain ring for the big one. You need to measure BCD of the chain ring. This is the maximum diameter centre to centre of the holes for the chain ring bolts. It will 130 mm BCD, something like that, with 5 bolts.

A new chain ring and chain will make a big difference to your riding.

Careful. First ride on a second hand bike a month ago, and I crashed badly due to worn ring. Smashed left knee, so this can be real hazardous.
