My strategy of riding everyday took a knock with a recurring old injury yesterday. Then Mexican Fresh burger for dinner was yummy. Sure I will be back on track/trail tonight.

Am I the only one here who owns and works in (next door to) a coffee shop / restaurant everyday?

 

My son worked at a bike shop with a coffee shop/cafeteria that allowed the employees to 'run a tab' ... said it was the worst thing ever not only for his weight but also his wallet!

 

I work from home and we keep only what we need besides some sweets that are ONLY for the grandchildren! Very little to nothing to tempt me even if I did go looking for something  :ph34r:

I'm not too bad. Pack a lunch and healthy snacks 95% of the time. I will only have one or two cappuccinos per day - enjoy it without sugar because the coffee & barrista is so damn good. It's only when the friends, colleagues, customers, suppliers etc order my favourite espresso milkshakes that things go south. So addictive... Can't say no.

There's one on lobby of the floor below me. It was until recently a Vida. I could most probably eat my way through January on the points on my Vida loyalty card. With how bad things are going, I might have to...

Ok, so standing on 2.1kg's lighter in the first week of my quest. Not really on a diet, just not tucking into sweets and chips with my son after holiday school and drinking H2O instead of a beer or two after work. Just had two rides this week, planning on a very very TITS LSD ride tomorrow. Scary to think that just from Monday, I've ridden more km's than in the last 7 months. Soon it will be a habit again and not a struggle. Missed the bike too much.
