How short do you have to be that you can't look out the bathroom window while on the scale to see what the weather is doing..? ;)

What a brilliant idea...It would be much harder to look at my phone... ;)

I already knew I didn't need this scale, but it can definitely be added to the list of useless features I don't want on my scale :)

I've changed my strategy. Intense 1.5 hour cycle every morning followed by a protein shake. Weight training in the afternoon with eggs for lunch and then my normal meaty dinner in the evening. 71.6 this morning.
