Essentially Calories in - Calories out not as simple as we think! I really like the Roberts "satiety" and the Drewnowski "nutrient density" concepts. I imagine that combining these will lead to a healthier form of weight control in total. I think that adaptations to nutrient balance would need to be made dependent of the levels and types of sporting activity one participates in. Thanks for sharing it.
