Today's food is pathetic though - forgot my lunch and breakfast at home, so brekkie was a protein shake and black coffee, and lunch is futurelife with full fat milk and... coffee.

Forget about the scale for a few days. If you are seeing results and feeling good then just continue with what you doing.

Back weighing every day and I'm dong much better this week. Trying to repeat my goal everyday. Edit: but it's not for everyone , because it does weird stuff and that can throw you off your game.
eccc whippet Posted July 29, 2016 Posted July 29, 2016 105.7 today...not bad considering...been a terrible week...not feeling well...not sure how long this *** will carry on...I have just finished nibbling on what was left of the fridge wheels [emoji12]...there has been absolutely no control over the food thrown down the hatch. One good thing happened this week...I had to wear long pants with a belt...I am on the last hole on the belt [emoji482]. I am more concerned about Myles...like a naughty kid...been far too quiet this week...come on spit it out...107 ?

Last week I was so good and then had half a pizza, a slab of chocolate and a cider on the weekend and Monday I was up 2kgs! That's like 4kg's for you guys. So been watching that come down all week. No use getting grumpy about it. Just got to keep on trucking. Still feeling committed to the goal. Doing an FTP 20/8 so any kg's I lose from now will help my cause.
