My wife swears by the Nike Range of running bras.

We need to see pics where it hurts  :P

On a more serious note, my GF just uses the house brand sports bra from Total Sports. She doesn't have any pain or discomfort running or cycling.

Love those, if they are what I think you mean they are more like crop tops and would suit the less endowed woman. Anything above a B and she would need a bra like contraption which would be uncomfortable if the crop top suits you. That's my experience anyway...

Agree with comments above. what's hurting?

If she's well endowed she should spend more on a bra that had wider straps and padding on the straps.

I have a variety of bras and I find the cross back strap provides more support.

Also get her to have a proper measurement done to make sure it's the right size.

I think it is a personal thing though.

She should try contacting the manufacturers if she doesn't come right, express dissatisfaction, they should refund her or provide alternatives.

I think it depends what size she is....yes unfortunately we have to go there for this topic if you want sound advice.

I personally hate sports bras - I have an alternative to suggest as soon as we have feedback about the above mentioned

I can't tell you what brand my wife uses, but I can tell you that they have to be the right size (tighter than you think). Its kind of the same with Tri-suits - almost impossible to put on and take off. Sometimes I even have to help. :whistling:

You would be correct, she is a B cup and doesn't have any pain or discomfort.

One of our friends is a D plus or something. On a normal day of just walking around she wears a bra and 2 or 3 tight tops to keep her babies from flapping around.

I'm using the Mr Price Sport -Sports Bra's (Crop top type).

For the running and chafe, specially on very hot days. Some vaseline does the trick.

Also for me the bigger the piece that goes around your back the more stable I feel.
There is also a fine line between thicker material that stretch less and comfort.

Stop running. Rather cycle.

I've struggled with this for years.  Most of the sports brands just coming in small medium large etc.  The assume that if you have big boobs then you are big in general.  For me, If the cup fits, then the band around my stomach / back is way to lose.  The only ones I could find that fit and have enough support were over R900 each which is just way too much.

By chance I found some at Woolworths that come in standard bra sizes i.e you get to choose the cup size and the waist size as options.  Can't remember what the brand name is, but they are awesome.

My wife has started using Cotton-On's sports bras, as well as the MrP ones, but the crossover extra support versions that come in diff cup sizes, as the standard ones don't offer nearly as much support.

She used to use some other brand (forget which) until they changed their design. With D's, you really need to keep them under control.

It's also a highly personal thing, as no 2 sets of tatas are the same shape or size. However - fit is critical. Otherwise, chafe. And nobody likes a chafed tit.

Where does it hurt? Does she chafe? How well endowed is she? Is it a lack of support? too much movement?

She is about A. The one she has chafes her on the bottom and on the top going into the cleavage.
